Helping you gain clarity, confidence, and fulfilling relationships
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
–Carl Rogers
Hi, I’m Sarah – a BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor offering warm, non-judgemental online support to individuals across the UK. I work with people navigating relationship difficulties, anxiety, low self-esteem, and the messy, often painful parts of being human.
I approach all my work in a trauma-informed way, ensuring we move at your pace and prioritise your emotional safety.
At the heart of my practice is a belief in self-acceptance. I’ll support you to understand yourself more deeply, meet all parts of who you are with compassion, and begin to move forward in a way that feels real and lasting.
My Approach
Integrative
I work integratively, blending therapeutic approaches for the best results. Rooted in humanism, I believe you’re the best expert on yourself. I also incorporate psychodynamic counselling and attachment theory to deepen self-awareness and improve relationships.
Confidential
Confidentiality is fundamental to my practice. Your privacy and trust are my top priorities. I ensure that all personal information and session details remain strictly confidential, creating a safe and secure space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Inclusive
I provide an inclusive, welcoming space for all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. My practice is sex-positive, LGBTQ+ and consensual non-monogamy affirmative, and neurodivergent-aware. I commit to continuous learning to ensure everyone feels respected, valued, and supported.
Non-judgemental
I aim to create a non-judgemental environment, where you can openly explore your feelings, lifestyle choices, past mistakes, and deepest, darkest thoughts. Here, you are free to express yourself without fear of criticism, allowing for genuine self-discovery, growth, and healing.
